Three Ward Damon Attorneys Recognized By The National Publication, Best Lawyers®in America

Philip H. Ward, III, who founded the firm in 1987, was recognized in the practice area of Real Estate Law. He has received honors by Best Lawyers®in America for six consecutive years. Ward concentrates his practice in business transactional law, strategic planning/technology issues, banking, loan transactions, commercial and residential real estate and intellectual property. Ward, appointed by the Governor of Florida, serves as Chair of the Board of Commissioners for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, and is a member and former chairman of both the Board of Directors of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Internet Coast Tri-County Economic Development Council. Eddie E. Stephens, III, a partner at Ward Damon, was recognized in the practice area ofFamily Law. This was the first time Stephens has been selected for inclusion inBest Lawyers®inAmerica.
