West Palm Beach, FL (September 21, 2020) – Adam R. Seligman, equity partner and business and real estate attorney at Ward Damon, has been promoted to Vice President of the West Palm Beach-based law firm. Seligman now joins fellow equity partner and Vice President I. Jeffrey Pheterson, and President Philip Ward in managing all aspects of the law firm. As vice president, Seligman will oversee the overall growth of the firm including recruitment and staffing, strategic management of budgets, staff and daily operations, as well as marketing and community relations outreach. Seligman also serves as President of Lighthouse Title Services, the in-house title company owned and operated by Ward Damon that offers quality, expedient settlement services for Florida real estate transactions by experienced real estate attorneys.

For over 15 years, Seligman has concentrated his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law, real estate brokerage law, distressed property and loss mitigation law, homeowner/condominium association representation, and business and corporate law. Seligman is a member of the Florida Bar and Palm Beach County Bar Association, and has been recognized as a Legal Elite by Florida Trend magazine, a South Florida Superstar by Attorney at Law magazine, and a Top Lawyer by Palm Beach Illustrated magazine. He graduated from the 2016 class of Leadership Palm Beach County, serves on various committees for the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, and received The Florida Bar’s Meritorious Public Service Award.
