Mr. Gagic began his career with a well known local boutique firm before his tenure with a large multi-state firm. He focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning; including special needs planning and the preparation and implementation of multigenerational family and business succession plans. He handles the administration of complex probate estates and trusts across Florida as well as guardianships.
In addition, Mr. Gagic handles taxation; including tax return preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns as well as estate and trust income tax returns.
He is a frequent speaker on estate planning, probate, trust and guardianship issues, and related topics for numerous organizations and clients.
Mr. Gagic is actively involved in various professional and community organizations serving as a member of the advisory board to the Dean of Science with the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science; serving as chair of the development committee for the board. He is a member of the George Snow Scholarship fund, where he serves as a member of the Scholars Council. She was a law intern in 1980 — 1982 for two Federal Judges at the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Kofsky joined Ward Damon from Kofsky & Associates a Miami-Dade-based Family Law Firm, where he served as Chief Legal Counsel. Mr. Kofsky also has extensive legal experience in the health care and securities area. Prior to his tenure at Kofsky & Associates, Mr. Kofsky served as Special Counsel to the international law firm K.L. Gates and as Senior Vice President - General Counsel for Neighborhood Health Partnership, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing all of the legal and compliance needs for this large regional HMO. Previously, Mr. Kofsky was an attorney with Sparber, Kosnitsky, Truxton, Spratt & Brooks where he worked on healthcare and corporate law issues. Mr. Kofsky also served as Judicial Clerk with Florida?s Fourth District Court of Appeals.

Michael J Posner, a partner at the West Palm Beach law firm of Ward Damon, was reappointed for a two-year term as special magistrate for the Village of Wellington. As a special magistrate, Posner works with the Code Enforcement Department at the village to rule on various code violations and enforce the rules of the Village of Wellington.
Posner focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. He is board certified in real estate law by the Florida Certification Designation Committee, and has served as an expert witness in a variety of legal matters relating to real estate and title law issues. He is also a frequent lecturer on real estate matters, including guest lecturing for National Business Institute, the University of Miami School of Real Estate, Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.
“I’ve enjoyed working with the wonderful people in Wellington the past few years as special magistrate, and looking forward to continuing in that capacity, and providing insight and perspective on issues that frequently arise in a growing town,” said Posner.

Conrad Damon, a partner with the law firm of Ward Damon, was appointed to the Martin County Local Planning Agency (LPA). The LPA is composed of five members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
“I am pleased to continue my services to the Local Planning Agency and work alongside the other dedicated members to offer insight and feedback on growth opportunities in the County,” said Damon.
The LPA members are tasked to review and recommend to the Board of County Commissioners for approval, modification or denial of developments, requested changes to the Martin County Comprehensive Plan, or to Land Development Regulations.
Damon focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate law, construction lien law, title services and claims and business and corporate law. He received a B.A. in economics from Boston University, magna cum laude and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
