The nearly 40-year-old West Palm Beach-based law firm, Ward Damon, continues to expand as it further strengthens its real estate and business law practice with the addition of partner, A. Max Zaretsky, a seasoned attorney and Palm Beach County native, and associate, Marissa Shulman, who previously practiced in New Jersey.

“The addition of Max, a superb, experienced attorney with a dynamic background in finance and business underscores our commitment to providing our clients with comprehensive and exceptional legal counsel,” shared Philip H. Ward, managing partner. “As a firm focused on delivering strategic guidance for all facets of our clients’ lives, from their businesses and investments to personal matters, it is an honor to welcome Max along with Marissa, a brilliant new associate, to the Ward Damon team.”

Max Zaretsky is a real estate attorney with a strong background in business and finance that provides clients with an integrated approach to the most dynamic legal needs.  Zaretsky started his professional career after graduating from Columbia University, when he co-founded Zemaso Management Company, a private investment fund for investment properties throughout South Florida. Zaretsky has since arranged funding and financing for individuals and companies, both public and private, throughout the country.  While operating Zemaso, he also worked with his father, Richard P.
