Profile

Chad L. Steskal focuses his practice on wills, trusts, and estates, with tax and business guidance in estate planning. Chad thoroughly enjoys meeting with his clients and hearing about their life stories so he can provide guidance tailored for their lifetime and estate planning needs.

Early in his legal career, Chad worked in probate and trust litigation. This experience made him cognizant of drafting pitfalls traditional estate planning attorneys commonly make. Since then, he has worked primarily in guiding his clients with their estate planning needs.

As a college student in Pennsylvania, Chad had a unique opportunity to intern with Walt Disney World in Florida. Soon after, Disney hired Chad where he worked primarily in the Special Events department for more than a decade.

Eventually, Chad left Disney to attend law school at the University of Miami, where he enrolled in the joint degree program earning his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and his Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation at the same time. Chad also volunteered with organizations such as H.O.P.E. and interned with the University of Miami, Health and Elder Law Clinic.

In his free time, Chad’s most treasured things are his family, friends, and either watching or participating various sporting activities.
