Brittany Borck is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on complex commercial and general civil litigation matters before state and federal courts throughout the country. Her representations frequently involve individuals and corporations in securities fraud, fiduciary duty, class actions and deceptive/unfair trade practice claims.  Brittany also handles securities litigation and securities regulation actions, and has experience in construction litigation.

Throughout her career, Brittany has represented broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, registered representatives, insurance agents, and hedge funds throughout the United States in a wide array of customer and industry disputes in federal and state courts, as well as before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Dispute Resolution. Brittany has substantial trial experience, including having served as second chair in several trials where a jury awarded verdicts favorable to the defense.  On several occasions Brittany has obtained awards dismissing Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Dispute Resolution actions at the motion to dismiss phase, including one for over $7 million.

Notably, Brittany is also responsible for creating a new law in Florida regarding an insurance carrier’s ability to bring a legal malpractice claims against defense counsel retained to represent an insured. 

She clerked for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Joseph P. Farina.
