WARD DAMON EXPANDS REAL ESTATE LITIGATION PRACTICE AREA WITH FOUR NEW ATTORNEYS
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (January 29, 2014)—Ward Damon, a multi-disciplined law firm primarily serving South Florida, continues to expand its practice with the addition of four new attorneys. Galina Boytchev, Jared Lindsey, Amy Slaman and James S. Strouss recently joined the firm’s expanding real estate litigation practice group.
Galina Boytchev focuses her practice on real estate litigation and regulatory compliance. She also volunteers to help those in the South Florida Bulgarian community with immigration, family law and real estate issues. Boytchev is a member of the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar. She earned her Juris Doctorate at St. Thomas School of Law and has a Masters in Law from the University of Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Jared Lindsey is a litigation attorney who represents national lending institutions and investors in real estate litigation matters. His responsibilities include handling all aspects of these cases from loss mitigation to contested litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is a U.S. Army veteran. Lindsey obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Central Florida.
Amy Slaman is a litigation attorney who represents major lenders and servicers in real estate litigation matters throughout Florida. In addition to her legal education, Slaman is also a doctor of veterinary medicine with over 10 years of clinical and surgical experience. Her professional memberships include The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and American Veterinary Medical Association. Slaman earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She also received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University.
James S. Strouss, III concentrates his practice in residential real property matters, assisting with every stage of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on title issues. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Strouss earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University as well.
