Palm Springs, FL – At its annual meeting on May 23rd, 2017 the Health Care District of Palm Beach County’s Board of Commissioners unanimously re-elected its Board Chair and officers: Philip H. Ward, III, as Chair of the Health Care District Board, Brian R. Lohmann as Vice Chair, and Nancy C. Banner, Esq. as Secretary. Mr. Ward was appointed to the Health Care District Board by Florida Governor Rick Scott in October 2011 and was re-appointed in May 2016. He also serves on the District’s Quality Patient Safety and Compliance Committee.

Sally Still Represents Town Of South Palm Beach In Arbitration With PBC Police Benevolent Association

Ward Damon partner Sally Still recently successfully defended the Town of South Palm Beach’s decision to terminate a police officer who was arrested for domestic battery (dating violence) and false imprisonment. During the three day arbitration, the employer and the police officer’s union, the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association (PBA) introduced evidence and testimony regarding the conduct that lead to the police officer’s arrest.
