Super Lawyers also selected Ward Damon’s newest equity partner, Eddie Stephens, as a 2016 Rising Star. I. Jeffrey Pheterson serves as co-managing partner of Ward Damon. For over 35 years, Pheterson has focused his practice on the areas of labor and employment law, business and corporate law, complex commercial litigation, healthcare law, administrative law, and probate litigation. He is a trustee and former chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bethesda Memorial Hospital and a trustee of Bethesda Health, Inc. Pheterson is also a founding member of Palm Beach Angels, an organization that funds local start-up companies, as well as a founding member of the Palm Beach Wine Auction.
Michael J Posner is also a partner at Ward Damon and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law. For over 30 years, Posner has specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactions, construction loan transactions, real estate litigation, title insurance matters, business and corporate law, homeowners and condominium association representation, intellectual property law, and probate and estate planning. He is the foreclosure commissioner
for U.S. Housing and Urban Development, special magistrate for the Village of Wellington Code Enforcement Board, and he is an honorably discharged veteran, United States Air Force.
Sally Still is a partner at Ward Damon and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. She focuses on helping business owners comply with the laws that govern their companies, and also works in the area of commercial litigation, representing businesses in commercial disputes in state and federal courts and those involving agency regulatory matters. She regularly defends companies are sued under the FLSA, defends Department of Labor administrative audits, and proactively advises clients on policies and practices that can reduce the risk of future litigation.Still is President of the Federal Bar Association's Palm Beach County Chapter.
Eddie Stephens is a board certified attorney in Family and Marital Law and was named an equity partner at Ward Damon earlier this year. After starting his career asan attorney for the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office, Stephens has developed a successful family lawpractice focused on highly disputed divorces. Stephens is also a popular and engaging motivational speaker and is involved with a number of charitable endeavors. He has been a leader in the Boy Scouts of America for over 10 years and is also involved with Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Palm Beach County’s largest no-kill dog rescue. He recently graduated from the Leadership Palm Beach County program and was elected to serve on its Board of Governors.
