West Palm Beach, FL (May 17, 2016) –Adam R. Seligman, partner and business and real estate attorney at the West Palm Beach-based firm Ward Damon, has been appointed to the Facilities Committee for Families First of Palm Beach County, a non-profit organization that provides child abuse prevention, health, housing, and behavioral health services for families whose life circumstances impact child and family health and stability.
Seligman was appointed to help provide accurate real estate analysis for the committee and organization. The Families First Facilities Committee acts on behalf of the Board of Directors to review all expenses such as rent, utilities and building maintenance of all rental properties, and to analyze of current market rate, as well as renting versus owning.
Seligman concentrates his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law, real estate brokerage law, distressed property and loss mitigation law, homeowner/condominium association representation, and business and corporate law. Seligman is a member of the Florida Bar and Palm Beach County Bar Association, and has been recognized as a Legal Elite “Up and Comer” by Florida Trend magazine. He is currently in the 2016 class of Leadership Palm Beach County and was also recently appointed as an Attorney Member of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee “E” for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.
