Florida Bar Board Certified in Labor and Employment law, Sally helps business owners comply with the complicated web of employment and labor-related laws that govern their companies. She works both proactively to ensure compliance with the laws, and defends employers faced with regulatory actions brought by governmental agencies or lawsuits filed by employees. Sally represents employers in labor matters, such as collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations.

She also works in the area of commercial litigation, representing businesses in commercial disputes in state and federal courts and those involving agency regulatory matters; Sally writes appellate briefs, and has prepared briefs on issues ranging from federal trademark and patent infringement to trespass and injury to land.
