Jason is an associate at Ward Damon and focuses his practice on business, commercial, and construction matters involving litigation and arbitration. He also has experience in the areas of product liability and general liability. Jason has represented a variety of clients, including international wholesale and retail corporations, national general contractors and real estate developers, local and statewide subcontractors, commercial property owners and managers, hotels, and homeowner’s associations.
With regard to construction matters, he is experienced in the Chapter 558 process and all aspects of construction defect litigation, as well as delay claims, warranty claims, contract claims, and liens. Jason’s construction practice has involved residential and commercial projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $40 million.
Jason has represented small and large corporate entities related to contract and tort claims, loss of profits and opportunity, trade secrets, and breach of fiduciary duties. His experience, in a number of related areas, combined with his thorough and meticulous approach to each and every client’s needs, make him a knowledgeable and steadfast advocate and counselor that his clients find not only beneficial, but also essential.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. He is a Florida native and second-generation attorney who lives in Boynton Beach with his wife, Aimee, a school counselor for the School District of Palm Beach County, and their dog, Huey.
