Scott J. Wortman 
Scott J. Wortman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions, title transactions, real property disputes, corporate/business law, and institutional banking. Mr. Wortman served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marguerite T. Simon, New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division, and has authored many articles in the Palm Beach Post “Residences” section on such topics as “1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges”, “ ‘As Is’ Contracts” and “New Construction Contracts”. Mr. Wortman is also a frequent lecturer throughout Palm Beach County on various real estate issues.
