    • All phases of employment and labor-related litigation defense, including administrative actions (EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, and local deferral agencies), federal and state court actions, arbitration and appeals.

    • Specializes in Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA; provides proactive compliance advice and counseling on employment practices and policies.

  • Commercial & Complex Litigation

  • Ms. Still helps business owners comply with the complicated web of employment and labor-related laws that govern their companies. She works both proactively to ensure compliance with the laws, and defends employers faced with regulatory actions brought by governmental agencies or lawsuits filed by employees.

    Ms. Still also works in the area of commercial litigation, representing businesses in commercial disputes in state and federal courts and those involving agency regulatory matters; she writes appellate briefs, and has prepared briefs on issues ranging from federal trademark and patent infringement to trespass and injury to land.
