Michael J Posner 
Michael Posner is a shareholder in the firm with particular expertise in real estate and corporate law. Mr. Posner is board certified in real estate law by the Florida Certification Designation Committee and has served as an expert witness in a variety of legal matters relating to real estate and title law issues. Mr. Posner is also a frequent lecturer on real estate matters, including guest lecturing for National Business Institute, the University of Miami School of Real Estate, Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.
Mr. Posner has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the State of Florida for the past three years and has received an AV Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating.
