- Mr. Kofsky has been practicing law since 1992 and concentrates his practice in the area of family and marital law. Mr. Kofsky’s passionate representation of his clients is based on his ability to quickly understand the dynamics of a dispute and then bring it to closure using the right combination of aggressive representation, finesse, sound advice and counseling. Time and time again, Mr. Kofsky delivers complete family law solutions for his clients. Mr. Kofsky holds the unyielding belief that where possible, family law matters should be resolved through constructive engagement and negotiation before litigation. - Mr. Kofsky has practiced in a number of areas of the law during his career but his passion is family law. Mr. Kofsky prides himself on his ability to assist his clients through the difficult legal, emotional and financial challenges that often accompany divorce and other family law proceedings. His broad-based experiences in industry and private practice make him particularly well suited to understand the complex personal, financial and strategic issues that divorce and family cases present and deal with them effectively.
