Christopher Gagic

Mr. Gagic began his career with a well known local boutique firm before his tenure with a large multi-state firm. He focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning; including special needs planning and the preparation and implementation of multigenerational family and business succession plans. He handles the administration of complex probate estates and trusts across Florida as well as guardianships.
In addition, Mr. Gagic handles taxation; including tax return preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns as well as estate and trust income tax returns.
He is a frequent speaker on estate planning, probate, trust and guardianship issues, and related topics for numerous organizations and clients.
Mr. Gagic is actively involved in various professional and community organizations serving as a member of the advisory board to the Dean of Science with the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science; serving as chair of the development committee for the board. He is a member of the George Snow Scholarship fund, where he serves as a member of the Scholars Council. He previously served on the board for the Make A Wish Foundation of South Florida. |
