Ellen D’Arcangelo 
Ellen D’Arcangelo is a senior litigation attorney with a particular expertise in all aspects of employment law. For over sixteen years, Ms. D’Arcangelo has handled all facets of the litigation process in employment disputes both in Florida and California. Ms. D’Arcangelo has jury trial experience; has taken and defended key lay and expert witness depositions; written and successfully argued motions for summary judgment; resolved numerous cases through mediation; and provided advice on human resources and personnel issues. She has been involved in labor and employment disputes under both state and federal law, including discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, religion, disability, and other classifications. Ms. D’Arcangelo has specific experience under the Florida Civil Rights Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, and other labor and employment laws.
Ms. D’Arcangelo has experience representing both employers and employees in wage and hour actions, including claims for overtime pay.
Ms. D’Arcangelo has also litigated a variety of commercial matters, such as commercial contracts, unfair competition, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts.
